gnocchi

#recipe

  1. Cook garlic for 15 seconds
  2. Add onion until mostly softened
  3. Add carrots (if fresh) until mostly softened
  4. Add mushrooms until mostly cooked
  5. Add sausage until thoroughly cooked
  6. Add tomatoes until reduced
  7. Add tomato paste until mixed
  8. Add frozen peas (and carrots if frozen) until defrosted
  9. Begin cooking gnocchi
    • approx. 4 minutes in boiling water
  10. Add spinach to sauce until cooked
  11. Turn off heat
  12. Add gnocchi to sauce and mix thoroughly
  13. Serve
